It’s a double-entendre, because not only should we cheers to a great summer that is now winding now into fall, but also because the weather getting colder may make you shy away from some outdoor exercising!
Take the events that I’ll be checking out this weekend in the KX Cruiser! Whatever your method of exercise, there’s something going on for you this weekend!
Saturday morning I’m getting the life jackets out for the Great Christie Lake Dragonboat Festival! Join teams from all over Ontario at Christie Lake Conservation Area for fun races to keep healthy and active!
From the water to the walkway, I’ll be heading to Bronte Creek Provincial Park for a stroll on the trails during the Give the Gift of Life Walk! It’s in support of the Kidney Foundation and it’s one of the largest community events in the province!
And since it’s the weekend of fall fairs, I’ll stop by as many fairs as I can to take in some of the cool shows like the demolition derbies AND challenge you to any of the midway rides! The Milton Fair, Ancaster Fair, and Burlington’s AppleFest Fall Fair!
