Brett Eldredge's Gratitude Book

Brett Eldredge has been trying to focus on bettering himself and his life, so he started doing gratitude journals. He says that he tries to start everyday by writing what he's thankful for, what would make that day great and trying to live up to his goal for the day. Brett calls his journal The Five-Minute Journal. He has also started to meditate, which he says really helps with his anxiety.
