Bye May!!!!!

Posted by Melissa Gordon on 2018/05/25

Looks like it’s going to be a very busy few days as we enjoy the last weekend of May! If you’re looking for something to do, keep reading!

My first stop Saturday will be the Mom 2 Mom Sale in Stoney Creek at 1035 Paramount Drive. From 9am until 1pm shop from a great selection of gently used items. After that I’ll be at the Spring Shred event in Burlington at 2425 Upper Middle Road, where from 10am until 2pm for a donation to Crime Stoppers of Halton, you can get your personal documents shredded.

Then it’s off to the Touch- A-Truck event at the Ancaster Fairgrounds. From 10am until 3pm bring the whole family by to explore a whole bunch of different vehicles. For my last stop of the day I’ll be at the 30th Annual Christie Antique & Vintage Show at the Christie Lake Conservation Area in Dundas. From 8am until 5pm shop from a huge selection of antiques or grab a bite to eat.

Sunday Morning will start off at the Walk for Dog Guides at 22 Horning Road in Oakville at 152 Wilson Street! Go or a 5k walk and afterwards enjoy games, lunch and more with proceeds supporting Guide Dogs.  After that I’ll be at the Quilt Show at the Erland Lee Museum in Stoney Creek, where you can learn all about quilts from 1pm until 4pm.

For my last stop of the weekend I will be at the Jays Care Opening Day at Inch Park in Hamilton. There will be games, food, baseball registration and more until 4pm.

You can stop by these events anytime but if you stop by while I’m there, you can grab your KX 94.7 Winsticker and come say hi at the cruiser!

And as always don’t forget to post your own non-profit or charity event on our Events Page.  I could bring the KX 94.7 Events Cruiser right to you!

Let’s have some fun in KX Country!
