Let the fairs begin!!!!!!!

Posted by Melissa Gordon on 2017/09/16

Well it’s starting to cool down in KX Country, that’s for sure! Don’t forget to grab a jacket as you head out to explore some of these awesome events this weekend!

My first stop Saturday will be the Halton Kidney Walk at Bronte Creek Provincial Park. Registration starts at 10am with the walk starting at 11am, with proceeds supporting the Kidney Foundation of Canada. For the second stop of my day I’ll be at the Autumn Market and Yard Sale in Hamilton at 120 Fennell Avenue East. Stop by to shop from some fall décor and get some amazing deals!

After that you can find me at the Summer Shred event at 400 Rymal Road East in Hamilton. Donate five dollars to have your personal documents shredded with proceeds supporting Hamilton Crime Stoppers. For my last stop of the day I’ll be at the Binbrook Fair at 2600 Regional Road 56. All weekend stop by for fair rides, games, vendors, food and more.

Sunday Morning will start off at the Annual Applefest at the Ireland House in Burlington. From 11am until 4pm stop by this free family friendly event for games, shopping and delicious apple desserts. After that I’ll be hanging out at the Milton Farm Fall Craft Show at Country Heritage Park. Until 4pm shop from over 120 different vendors or grab a bite to eat.

For the last stop of my day, find me at Brampton Fall Fair at 12942 Heart Lake Road in Caledon. Enjoy a car show, vendors, rides, games, food and more.

You can stop by these events anytime but if you stop by while I’m there, you can grab your KX 94.7 Winsticker and come say hi at the cruiser!

And as always don’t forget to post your own non-profit or charity event on our Events Page.  I could bring the KX 94.7 Events Cruiser right to you!

Let’s have some fun in KX Country!

~ Mel
