More Snow?!

Posted by Melissa Gordon on 2017/03/11

Another busy weekend ahead, if you’re looking for some family fun events for the whole family to enjoy then keep reading.

My first stop Saturday will be the Dundas Model Railway Spring Open House at 280 King Street. From 9am until 3pm check out this local non-profit model train club and what they have to offer. After that catch me at the Dundas Valley Conservation Area for some fossils and some fresh air until 3pm.

Then I’ll make my way to the Spring Craft Show at the Ancaster Fairgrounds, where you can shop from lots of different vendors until 4pm. My Last stop of the day will be Maple Town at Mountsberg Conservation Area. From 10am until 4pm stop by to se how maple syrup is made, sample fresh maple syrup and enjoy some outdoor activities.

Sunday Morning will start off at The Spring Tide Bulb Show in Hamilton at the Gage Park Greenhouse. From 9am until 5pm stop by to explore hundreds of floral displays and waterfalls, and bring along some healthy non-perishable food items for donation to the local food bank. After that I’ll be at the Charity Penny Sale in Hamilton at 550 Fennell Avenue East. Stop by and shop from 1pm until 5pm to support a family dealing with MS.

For my last stop of the weekend find me at the Websters Falls in Dundas for a Winsticker Drive- Thru and a hike!

You can stop by these events anytime but if you stop by while I’m there, you can grab your KX 94.7 Winsticker and come say hi at the cruiser!

And as always don’t forget to post your own non-profit or charity event on our Events Page.  I could bring the KX 94.7 Events Cruiser right to you!

Let’s have some fun in KX Country!
