Crystal Shawanda’s country roots run deep.  Born native American, she was automatically country joined to the land and the real stories of everyday people.  The results over her career have been nothing but spectacular leading to a string of Aboriginal Peoples Choice Awards, Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards, Canadian Country Music Association Awards and Juno Awards.  Crystal Shawanda recently released her new studio album, entitled “Just Like You”, and a new single “Closer”.
