What is a Rock-a-thon?
A Rock-a-thon is a unique community fundraising event that brings people together for an afternoon of fun, connection, and giving back.

Teams of four participants will rock for four hours while raising funds to support the programs and services offered by Flamborough Connects.

Funds raised help support programs that reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and strengthen community connections for seniors and residents across Flamborough.

How to get started
Gather friends, family members, coworkers, neighbours, or community members and form a team of four rockers. Don’t have a full team? No problem! Individuals are welcome and can be matched with other participants.
