Morgan Wallen is being honored by Gibbs High School in Corryton, TN, with the renaming of their baseball field to "Morgan Wallen Field." The school approved the decision on March 7, following a suggestion from Principal Jason Webster last fall.
Wallen, a member of the school's 2010 State Championship baseball team and a 2011 graduate, had his baseball career cut short by an injury but has continued to give back to the community. Principal Webster praised Wallen for his ongoing support of Gibbs High and local schools.
In 2023, Wallen donated $500,000 to help revitalize a historic baseball complex in Nashville, further solidifying his commitment to baseball and his community.
Wallen joins fellow CMA Entertainer of the Year winner Kenny Chesney as one of Gibbs’ famous alumni.
Kelsea Ballerini’s March 28 concert in Las Vegas has been unexpectedly canceled, leaving fans disappointed and confused. The show, part of her 2025 Kelsea Ballerini LIVE tour, was set to take place at T-Mobile Arena, but fans received emails from the venue announcing the cancellation. Many took to TikTok to express their frustration, especially those who had already booked nonrefundable travel.
“I’ve been daydreaming about this concert forever. Please reschedule it,” one fan shared in a video. The show is no longer listed on Ballerini’s website or the arena’s calendar, though tickets remain available on Ticketmaster, sparking further speculation.
Fans were hoping to hear new songs from her PATTERNS Deluxe album, and some are still holding out hope that the concert will be rescheduled or moved to another venue. No official updates have been made yet.
The life of Randy Travis is being turned into a feature film. Forever and Ever, Amen, is currently in production. Clay Walker will star as Randy. He is actually the reason the movie is getting made. Clay, who is a longtime friend of Randy and his wife, Mary, took the idea to filmmaker Andrew Hyatt, who used Randy's memoir and other sources to write the screenplay. Andrew will also direct the film. Moviegoers "are going to find out the deep struggles that he had," says Clay. "I look at Randy's life, and I see redemption. This is a man who's overcome all those challenges. He's survived it all. Everybody knows that golden voice of his, but I think this movie is going to endear him to people in a whole new way." Recordings of Randy will be used for the performance scenes. Filming is expected to begin this summer. They are hoping to release the movie in spring 2026.

The Anthology Part V: The Comeback will be released on April 4th. The project features six CDs with 66 songs, including seven live tracks, and over 150 behind the scenes photos.
