Happy St. Patrick’s Day Weekend everyone!
I hope you’ve got some St. Patrick’s Day plans but if you don’t, I’ve got you covered.
My first stop of the day is the Burlington Blood Donor Clinic, where from 8am until 1pm you can stop by to donate for March Break. After that I’ll be at the Spring Tide Bulb Show at the Gage Park Greenhouse in Hamilton! From 9am until 5pm enjoy some beautiful floral displays and don’t forget to bring a non-perishable food donation for the Hamilton Food Share.
Then I’ll be off to the Crawford Lake Conservation Area in Burlington for their Sweet Water Season. From 10am until 4pm, you can drop by to learn how maple syrup is made and sample some too! For my last stop of the day I’ll be hanging out at the Hamilton Museum of Steam and Technology for their Unplugged March Break. From noon until 4pm, bring the kids by to explore the museum and check out some games.
Sunday Morning will start off at the Hamilton Cat Show at the Ancaster Fairgrounds. See and learn about over 100 different breeds of cats, or buy a new toy or treat for you cat at home with a portion of the proceeds supporting local cat rescues. After that I’ll be at the Ireland House Museum in Burlington for their History Explorers Club. Stop by with the kids from 1:30-3:30pm for a tour of the museum and to learn all about maple syrup.
For the last stop of the weekend I’ll be over at Memorial Park in Waterdown having a KX Winsticker Drive-Thru.
You can stop by these events anytime but if you stop by while I’m there, you can grab your KX 94.7 Winsticker and come say hi at the cruiser!
And as always don’t forget to post your own non-profit or charity event on our Events Page. I could bring the KX 94.7 Events Cruiser right to you!
Let’s have some fun in KX Country!
