It’s officially Spring in KX Country, which means warmer weather and even more great events!
If you’re looking to get outside this weekend to enjoy some fresh air, I’ve got just the event for you.
My first stop of the day is the Hamilton Farmers’ Market at 35 York Boulevard. From 7am until 5pm you can swing by and get some shopping done or grab some breakfast. After that I’ll be at the Waterdown Marketplace at 715 Centre Road. From 10am until 3pm you can stop by and shop from some awesome local vendors!
Then I’ll be off to the Maple Syrup Festival at Bronte Creek Provincial Park. From 9:30am until 3pm you can learn how maple syrup is made, tour the farm and enjoy a plate of piping hot pancakes! For my last stop of the day I’ll be hanging out at the Dundas Valley Conservation Area for some Spring Hiking. From 7am until 7pm, grab your hiking shoes and check out some of the trails.
Sunday Morning will start off at the Spring Crafters Marketplace in Hamilton at 260 Melvin Avenue. From 10am until 3pm pick up some home décor, jewellery, bath bombs and more. After that I’ll be at the Mountsberg Conservation Area to explore their Maple Town. Go for a wagon ride, pick up some fresh maple syrup and see how it’s made from 10am until 4pm.
For the last stop of the weekend I’ll be over at Spencer Smith Park in Burlington having a KX Winsticker Drive-Thru.
You can stop by these events anytime but if you stop by while I’m there, you can grab your KX 94.7 Winsticker and come say hi at the cruiser!
And as always don’t forget to post your own non-profit or charity event on our Events Page. I could bring the KX 94.7 Events Cruiser right to you!
Let’s have some fun in KX Country!
