The Country Thunder Festival rolled into Craven Saskatchewan on the weekend.

So did lightning as it turns out. Last Saturday night (July 13). A severe thunderstorm brought in rain, thunder, winds and a spectacular lightning show that Tim McGraw captured and shared with fans. When it comes to lightning and outdoor shows that can be a dangerous thing so Tim had to cancel his set. "Sorry we were unable to come out last night due to the storms. Hope everyone made it home safe!" While the weather resulted in evacuation for Saturday night, Sunday's show went on as planned, with Saturday passes honored, so fans could enjoy headliner Chris Stapleton. The festival will next be heading to Twin Lakes, Wis. on July 18.
