This promotion is administered by The Dirt Depot and Strodes BBQ and Deli. All entries will be reviewed, and one (1) winner will be selected by the client(s).

KX947 is providing a platform for entry only and is not responsible for the selection of the winner, prize fulfillment, or execution of the backyard fix-up or BBQ.

Winner must be a homeowner, and the submitted property must be located within the KX947 listening area.

Winner is responsible for ensuring access to the property and for coordinating the guests to attend the catered BBQ.

Prize includes landscaping materials provided by The Dirt Depot (approximate value $,1500) and a catered Strodes BBQ meal for the winner and their guests (approximate value $1,500).

Prize components are non-transferable and have no cash value.
