Carly Pearce will be mentoring Riley Green's team on The Voice.

He says that she felt like a natural choice when it came time to finding someone to help guide his team through the competition.

Riley has admired Carly as an artist for a long time and even more since they worked together on their duet, “If I Don’t Leave, I’m Gonna Stay,” earlier this year.

Carly sees her mentor role as a chance to “give constructive criticism but also build them up in what makes them unique and good, and or what I see maybe that is a little bit special that they could work on.”

This isn’t her first time on The Voice. In 2024 she was a playoff advisor for Michael Bublé.

Carly will appear in episodes airing October 12th –13th, 19th and 26th.
