Cody Johnson made history on February 2nd when he made his headlining debut at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena in front of a sold-out crowd of over 20,000 fans. His appearance broke the record for the most tickets sold by a male country artist in their Bridgestone Arena debut. Cody took a moment to thank his fans for coming out. "I've worked my tail off for the last 17 years. This is not an overnight success so I'm going to send a message out to anybody out there that's worried about chasing a dream," he told the crowd. "If you want something, don't wait for someone to hand it to you. If you want something, go work for it. Here we are tonight 17 years later sold out in Nashville."
