Darius Rucker was arrested yesterday in the Middle Tennessee area. He was charged with driving with an expired registration or license plates and two charges for simple possession of a controlled substance, which are misdemeanor charges under federal law. Darius was booked at 12:15pm central time, and was released less than two hours later on a bond of $10,500. According to his lawyer, Mark Puryear, Darius "is fully cooperating with authorities related to misdemeanor charges."
