The first group of performers have been announced for the 2024 CMT Music Awards. Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, Keith Urban, Sam Hunt, Bailey Zimmerman and Kelsea Ballerini are the first artists in the lineup to be revealed. More performers will be announced in the coming weeks. Keith Urban will make history when he takes to the stage for his 20th performance on the show. Kelsea Ballerini will be doing double-duty as she will also be hosting the awards for the fourth year. The 2024 CMT Music Awards will air live from the Moody Centre in Austin, Texas on CBS starting at 8pm on April 7th.
