Kelsea Ballerini is returning as the host for the 2024 CMT Music Awards. This year she'll be doing it solo. Kelsea has co-hosted the show with Kane Brown since 2021. According to the press release, she will also be performing during the show. The CMT Music Awards are taking place for the second year at Austin's Moody Centre. They will air live on CBS on Sunday, April 7 at 8pm.
