The NHL All-Star events are taking place this weekend at Scotiabank Arena and a couple of country acts are going to be part of the festivities. Owen Riegling will perform Friday during the NHL All-Star Skills event. The Reklaws will perform the national anthem at the start of the game on Saturday at 3pm.
