Thomas Rhett revealed that his sister-in-law is cancer free during a live show.

He made the announcement Friday night during his concert in Bethel, New York.

Thomas normally dedicates his song "Life Changes" to his children, but this time he dedicated it to his sister-in-law.

He took a moment to celebrate Macy, saying she had fought cancer "like a dadgum champion." She found out that she was cancer free on her birthday two days prior to the concert.

Macy was first diagnosed with cancer in February of 2026.
