Kenny Chesney will be on the road next year for his nostalgic I Go Back Tour. It will take him to venues he played when he was first building his career. "In 2023, I decided rather than just go repeat what we did on this summer's stadium tour, I wanted to take this band and these songs to a lot of the cities we played on our way up, call it the I Go Back Tour and do just that," Kenny explains. Kelsea Ballerini will join him for the 19-date tour, which will begin on March 25th. It will wrap on May 27th.

Luke Bryan's wife, Caroline, underwent hip surgery last week. She initially said it was unexpected. She cleared that up with a video on social media. "I said unexpected surgery. It wasn't unexpected surgery," Caroline shared. "It wasn't unexpected, I just wasn't ready to accept it." According to the video, she had a torn labrum, hip dysplasia and arthritis. Caroline is committed to doing whatever her doctors tell her to do to make a full recovery because, "This not being able to move is not for me."

Lauren Alaina announced her surprise engagement Saturday night at the Grand Ole Opry. She said she wanted to share her big news at one of her favourite places. Lauren is engaged to Cameron Scott Arnold, who she has been quietly dating. She was previously engaged to her high school boyfriend, Alex Hopkins. They called off that engagement in 2019. No details about the upcoming wedding were shared.

Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood and Zac Brown Band are all scheduled to perform throughout the 2023 Hy-Vee IndyCar Race Weekend at Iowa Speedway. The race will take place July 21-23, with performances scheduled before and after the races on July 22 and July 23. Carrie will perform at the pre-race show on Saturday, with Kenny wrapping up after the checkered flag waves. Zac Brown Band will play the pre-race festivities on Sunday.

Jordan Davis will be releasing his second full-length album, Bluebird Days, on February 17th. A full track list for the album is not available yet, but the project will include his award-winning song with Luke Bryan "Buy Dirt," "What My World Spins Around" and "Midnight Crisis," a collaboration with Danielle Bradbery. This is his first full-length album since Home State was released in 2018. He has released two EP's in the five years between albums.

New Year's Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash is back this year on CBS and they have revealed the hosts for the night. Jimmie Allen, Elle King and Entertainment Tonight's Rachel Smith have all signed on to host the night. Jimmie, who performed on last year's show, is already "looking forward" to the night. Previously announced performers include Brooks & Dunn, Kelsea Ballerini, Little Big Town and Zac Brown Band, with more artists being announced soon.
