Garth Brooks has just announced that he will have his own Las Vegas residency next year. The run of shows will be called Garth Brooks/Plus ONE Las Vegas residency. Each of the concerts will feature a fun twist. "We're gonna try something we've never tried before...the band is coming, but it's a one-man show, so they're just gonna sit in the audience," Garth describes. "So at any time you want a fiddle to come up and join you, any time you just want percussion and background to come up and sing, or it's just you or let's bring the whole band up and do 'Friends in Low Places.' This should be stupid." The residency will take place at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
Kelsea Ballerini is getting ahead of any "who wore it best" comments between her and MacKenzie Porter after they showed up to the CMA Awards in the same blue Balenciaga ballgown. Kelsea was quick to comment on her Instagram stories after someone made a side-by-side comparison of the two women on TikTok. "It's giving, blue is the moment. It's giving, great minds think alike. It's giving, I immediately changed into a green dress because she looked so good in it," Kelsea said about MacKenzie. "It's giving, don't you dare do a 'who wore it better' or put a side-by-side. It's rude." MacKenzie shared the post, writing, "I love you babe" and called Kelsea "a true queen."
Nate Smith plans to release his debut, self-titled album on February 17th. "It's been so much fun making this album, and I really believe in every one of these songs," he said. "Releasing an album has always been a goal of mine, but at the end of the day it's really not about me. It's about being able to reach other people with music that means something." The project features 20 tracks. Nate has had some challenges along the way. He lost his hometown of Paradise, CA to Camp Fire, the deadliest and most destructive fire in the state's history. After the fire, Nate turned to music to cope with his feelings. It eventually inspired a cross-country road trip to Nashville to pursue music fulltime.
